The Perch Seat for Straight or Curved Stairlifts particularly suits people with hip or knee joint problems who find sitting painful.  

The Perch Seat is a shortened seat and users are almost in a standing position when using the stairlift.

The Perch Seat comes with a retractable seat belt for safe and stable support.

Perch Seats are available on the Simplicity+, Minivator 1000 and 2000 lifts.

Upholstery for the Perch Seat is available in a choice of six colours.

  • Min-max overall footplate to seat is dependent on the model chosen but the max would be 877mm (minivator 1000 straight) or 875mm (Minivator 2000 curved)
  • Width of seat at widest point: 460mm
  • The folded intrusion is depended on the model chosen - we can supply you with detailed measurements.
  • Max user weight: Up to 160kg
